Amy Yates is the Principal of Yates Capone Consulting, LLC – a Human Resources consulting practice focusing on the alternative investment and technology industries. Amy has over 20 years experience in global senior executive HR roles, most recently as Chief of Staff at Hutchin Hill Capital where she acted as a strategic partner and adviser to the President and senior leadership team with a focus on strategy, people, culture and communications.  Prior to that, Amy was Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer at Highbridge Capital Management, a $29 billion alternative asset manager and subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Asset Management.  At Highbridge, she managed the firm’s global HR function and also had responsibility for corporate communications and real estate.  Prior to joining Highbridge in January 2005, Amy was Director of Staffing and later Director of Human Resources at Andor Capital Management. Earlier in her career she held various senior HR generalist and staffing positions at DoubleClick, UBS and Citibank.  She has extensive global experience managing offices in New York, San Francisco, London, Hong Kong,  and Tokyo.


Amy is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is a contributor to the book “The Insiders' Guide to Hedge Funds” published by Wolters Kluwer.  She currently serves on the Board of LitWorld, strengthening kids and communities through the power of their own stories, and was formerly the Board Chair of The Family Center.  Amy holds a B.F.A. degree from Wright State University.
